Two sets of signatures, in the first he is joined by Ernest Walker, (1870-1949, Composer, Author and Pianist, Director of Music at Balliol), Willie Lewis Luttman (1874-1930, from 1907 Organist at St. Alban's Cathedral), Carl Courvoisier, Dorothy Blunt, Norah Dawney (6th March-29th April 1904), in the second by Dorothy Blunt, Lilian Dean, Olive Mary Dean, Agatha W. Gray (6th December 1905), on buff card 12" x 10", no place, 1904 - left margin jagged without loss

Allen was Organist of New College, 1901-1918, and conducted the Oxford and the London Bach Choirs.
