Letter signed 'Yo la Reyna' in Spanish with translation, to Cardinal Pietro Marini, (1794-1863) saying that "we value your attention in sending Us greetings for a happy Festival", returning hers, assuring him of "Our inclination in every respect towards your interest and satisfaction" and asking God "to preserve your life for years to come", 1 side oblong folio, The Palace, Madrid, 31st January Doña Isabel II by the Grace of God and the Constitution of the Spanish Monarchy Queen of the Spanish Dominions &c., to the Very Reverend Father in Christ Father Pietro Marini, Our very dear and beloved friend, We value your attention in sending Us greetings for a happy Festival. We wish yours may be equally happy and assure you of Our inclination in every respect towards your interest and satisfaction. And with this, Very Reverend Father in Christ Father Pietro Marini, Our very dear and beloved friend, We ask God to preserve your life for years to come. Given in the Palace, Madrid, the 31st January 1852.
