MARLEY (1945-81, Bob, Nesta, Jamaican Reggae musician)

Very rare LIMITED EDITION reproduction of tour poster signed "Bob Marley", for the Uprising Tour, showing Bob, half-length holding his signature Gibson, wearing a red, white and blue tank top with his dreadlocks flowing, above the 'Uprising' album logo, with a Jamaican flag in the top left hand corner with the letters B.M.W printed across, above the words 'No Access on Stage, Not Transferable', with Bob Marley and the Wailers written in red down the side and along the bottom Marley is quoted in black, "Dem a go tired fe see me face, Can't get me out a the race", 33" x 22", no place,

The Uprising Tour was the last time Bob Marley and the Wailers would play in concert before Marley's tragic death. It was on the penultimate gig in Madison Square Garden that Marley collapsed and was later diagnosed with the cancer that eventually killed him early the next year. It was the Pittsburgh Stanley Theatre that hosted the last gig of this tour and the last gig for Bob Marley.
