[ELIZABETH (The Queen Mother, 1900-2002, Queen of George VI)]

Fine Christmas Card with AUTOPEN signature under the printed message of greeting, showing her seated on the terrace at Walmer Castle between two large cannon pointing out to the sea in the background, propped against one cannon is the Silver Oar of Admiralty, her symbol as Warden of the Cinque Ports, with an attentive corgi at her foot, 5" x 7½" on a folded ivory card with gold crest on the front, 7¼" x 9½", no place,

The Queen Mother personally signed all her Christmas cards until she was 93 when she had them produced with printed signatures. She only used an autopen at the very end of her life.
