Probably to the Hon. Jean Wills (née Elphinstone, 1915-1999) who was Princess Margaret’s first cousin. His husband was Captain John Wills and they were both at her wedding to Anthony Armstrong Jones. She was Extra Lady-in-Waiting to Princess Margaret in 1970. She was appointed Lieutenant, Royal Victorian Order and in 1983 Member, Royal Victorian Order.
