CHARLES-II-38375-1.jpg
CHARLES II Clerk Written Document in Spanish, signed with a stamped signature, ´Yo El Rey', addressed to the Count of Formiguera and Pariente,

(1661-1700, King of Spain 1665-1700) the King instructs his correspondent at the Kingdom of Mallorca about the decisions taken by the Supreme Council regarding payments to attend and in which order they have to be done, "it seems proper to warn you that the release of the royal ... for the expenses of this my supreme council from the past year 1676 you should have paid it by half at the end of the month of January of this year and the other half part by the end of May of the same year as it was done at the beginning ... you say that you will pay at the end of June ... So it seems that for this time it would be good to be executed this way, as I see you did already. But for now on, I command you and ask that the ordinary release from this supreme council you will pay it always by half at the end of January and May without missing the payment before this date ... because this is my precise will, I abolish any other orders because we want this to have the strength/rank ... and to be registered on the books of this my Royal Heritage ..." 1 side 4to., with fine papered seal on the verso, Madrid, 15th July
