Turner from Naples, is very anxious ... (& has her full authority to say so) that her trustees should be solicited to pay her Q[uar]terly allowance as punctually as possible ... the arrears or delays are very disagreeable for her", 1 side 4to., address, postmarks and '1d red' on verso, London, 20th August slight defects on opening with loss of 3 letters (easily supplied)
