And all other Rights ... as Moors Mosses Commons Pastures Common of Pastures Seats in the Church", subject only to a payment of 1s 8d per annum to "the Rector of Bentham", signed and sealed 'Hugh Armistead Isabel Amistead her mark', and witnessed by James Thornbeck, James Walker and John Cockin, in another hand "Perus'd & Allow'd by Richd. Goodall Rr. of Bentham", 1 side 18" x 23", no place, 22nd November short tears in folds of right margin with loss of five letters (easily supplied), wavy top margin a little creased
