Set of 3 Thin White Cotton Towels or Runners with handsome machine-stitched monogram 'VSS', within the damasked fabric of the first are two rich borders, each 2½" broad, the outer of individual wreaths, the inner of trailing stems enclosed in a spiral ribbon expanding to large bows at each corner, in the smaller pieces the outer border, 5½" wide, has a rose tied in an enormous bow, repeated 8 times, and in the inner, 3¾" (max.) wide, a continuous garland of roses and trailing flowers, 43½ inches x 29", 27½" x 28½" and 26" x 28", no date, circa a few early and very neat invisible mendings, otherwise in fine condition
