With best wishes for Christmas and the New Year to you & John, with love from us both, from Mollie. Menu Card for visit of Queen Victoria”, the card has a decorative goldand blue border and two crowned monograms at the head and a central red heart with wings and a crown, 8” x 5”, Drumlanrig, no date together with a blank sheet of headed paper for the castle

Bronze medal, awarded by the Science and Art Department around the edge is inscribed “G. Annie M. Clay, Subject 23, 1895”, the front has a left facing, youthful, diademed bust of the Queen with wavy hair tied back, one loose curl descending from knot, with the name W. Wyon underneath, on the verso is inscribed “National Medal for Success in Art Awarded by the Science and Art Department”, 2¼ inches across, in original velvet lined leather case

The world knows how delicate he is & it will do him harm morally in the eyes of the public if he wishes to deceive them with his health ...", she further discusses the arrangements for various doctors, including Reid and Hoffmeister, to be in attendance on Prince Leopold, 4 sides 8vo, on black edged mourning paper, 2 with her monogram at the head, together with the received copy or a Post Office telegraph sent from the Queen at Osborne asking "How are Mrs Royle and baby. Who are other sponsors. When is Christening. Would Victoria Helen suit as names ...", 1 side 4to., on printed form, Osborne, 18th August the telegram with small tears at bottom edge
