[on] the 19th of August last I agreed to Purchase from You ... unless the ... Indenture" of 15th June 1726 "shall be produced ... before the first day of May ... I shall issue a Bill in Chancery to be Discharged from the Agreement ... I hope therefore You will be so good as to give me your immediate Answer", with a note, initialled 'CB', at the foot of the 3rd side "Left Copy at Sr. Jno. Delavals with a Woman Servant who was left to take care of the House - Another with Mr. Coulthurst as Dated", 3 sides 8vo., direction, title and "Copy" on 4th side, London, 19th April
light trace of laying down in right margin of fourth side with loss of three letters (easily supplied)
