Autograph Letter in the third person as Sir Culling Eardley Smith to Messrs Glaisyer,
asking them to put "the Citric acid ... in a common wide mouthed bottle" and to replace it "with carbonate of soda", 1 side 8vo., The Park, 24th August
Another hand on the verso notes his awarding a prize for an essay on 'Schism as opposed to the unity of the Church, especially in the present times', published February 1839. The Alliance secured the independence of the Bulgarian church, 1861, toleration for Roman Catholics in Sweden, 1858, and firmans of religious liberty in Turkey and Egypt.
