Autograph Letter Signed to 'My dear Sir', asking "is the 14th August irrevocably fixed for Manchester? ... I happen to have a somewhat strong tie at home" and suggesting "the following Sunday", 1 side 8vo., the Vicarage, Doncaster, 2nd July

A note on the back signed 'F.S.W.' requests Mr Podmore "to answer it yourself, wh wd be better perhaps". From 1861 Vaughan prepared at his own home a large number of men for ordination.
