O'CASEY (Sean, 1884-1964, Irish Playwright)

Fine Autograph letter signed in full to Mr Anmer Hall saying that he has "given us all something like a production of Mourning Becomes Electra - which is an Irish way of saying that it was splendid. It was brave of you to put it on - or rather, cowardly of the other managers not to do so. I shall remember the Production for a long time. I'm very glad that the run has been extended, and that the play has been a success ...", 1 side 8vo., 12th December
