Vicar of All Hallows, Southwark, to the Vicarage of St George, Truro, vacant by the resignation of the Reverend Albert Palmer ...", 1 side 4to., 10 Downing Street headed paper, with the Prime Minister's stamp, 20th August

By the time of this document MacDonald's Physical and Mental health were in decline. He was aware of his fading powers, and in 1935 he agreed to a timetable with Baldwin to stand down as Prime Minister after King George V's Silver Jubilee celebrations in May 1935.
