Finely penned Document signed, in Italian with translation, to the President of Peru, (Remigio Morales Bermúdez, d. 1894, President from 1890), informing him that he has resolved "to bring to an end the mission which Cavaliere Luigi Petich has been fulfilling in Your Republic as Our Minister Resident" and renewing "the expression of feelings of particular esteem and friendship, with which We pray that God may hold You ... in His Holy keeping", signed also by Benedetto Brin, 1833-1898, Navy Minister 1884-1891, Foreign Minister 1892-1893, 1 side folio and conjugate blank, Rome, 25th May
