at Exeter Hall, saying he has received a propectus of the Society from Bridport in Dorset, but explaining that such schemes "draw public attention from the real cause of half the suffering we see around us, the accursed Corn-laws", saying that mistaking the symptoms for the disease has led to "many of the social evils we have been and are still labouring under", at best the society's Plan is "a delusion", 1 side 8vo. and conjugate address leaf, 3 Whitehall Place, London, 23rd September
