Autograph Letter Signed to the Commissioners of the Colonial Auditor, saying he considers they "should be in possession of the enclosed document" [not present], relating, according to the verso, to the Mauritius Treasury, 1 side 4to. and conjugate leaf, 39 Sackville Street, 6th April small defect in fold from former laying down

Later Hall was the first Colonel of the new Wiltshire Regiment, (the 99th), whose smart turnout led to the phrase "dressed up to the nines".
