All that our whole Estate... at the Holin Tree [on verso, 'Holling Tree'] in Ingleton viz: one Mansion... with one Barn one Stable & all other Edifices thereunto Belonging, Likwise one Orchard two Gardens one Croft all Adjoyning... to the Lands of Richard Foxcroft on the East side, and one other Croft Called the Leads Croft Adjoyning to the Lands of James Thornbeck, And one P[ar]cell of Land Lying on Rarebenside Containing by Estimacion one Rood... with one Hemprigg Lying Betwixt the Lands of Richard Foxcroft & Ann Knipe, with all ways waters water courses woods...
