Our terms of sale and returns policy
All items offered for sale are guaranteed to be genuine and as described. Should any item prove to be not as described, a full refund will be given provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as sold.
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include postage and packing.
Payment may be made by bank transfer. Please contact Sophie for bank details. Cheques are also accepted (payable to S. Dupré).
Items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. Overseas shipments are by registered airmail or courier at cost. Insurance is included. We will advise postage costs before dispatch.
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as when sold. Please contact Sophie before returning any item.
Your personal details will not be passed to any third party. They will be used only for the purpose of processing your order and keeping you informed of new items if you have requested this.
