Background
Peggy was his youngest daughter, Margaret Etrenne Hannah Primrose (1881-1967). In she 1899 married Robert Crewe-Milnes, 1st Marquess of Crewe (1858–1945). Such was her father's popularity that London came to a standstill for the wedding.
