Background
The Princess had decided to slightly change her look and had adopted the elaborate hairdo of the early 1870s, which the Prince of Wales never liked. She soon dropped the style and reverted to her more familiar look. From the collection of Lady Patricia Ramsay, daughter of the Duke of Connaught.
