Background
The photo is a still picture from one of Alfred Reeves' brother's pictures. Alfred's brother was Billy REEVES, (1864-1 943) star of Fred Karno's vaudeville and music-hall Company. He was among those who played the part of the drunk in Mumming Birds with Fred Karno prior to Charlie Chaplin.
the signed photo has been torn and repaired, but with some damage to the signature
