listing the courses in French - starting with Mulligatawny - Ala Royale followed by the fish course of trout and Eperlan (a cousin of salmon) then the entrees which include Lamb, Veal and Beef served in various ways and finally Quail, there is also a side table with cold meats, 1 side 8vo with a coloured vignette of Windsor at the head with the Queen's monogram on either side and a blue and gold border around the whole thing, Windsor, 4th March
