Background
Queen Victoria was very fond of having photographs taken showing her as the oldest of 'Four Generations'. This photo was taken in the summer of 1989, probably at Ascot. Provenance : Air Vice Marshall Sir Edward Mouse Fielden GCVO, CB, DFC, AFC (1903-1976), personal pilot to Edward VIII when Prince of Wales, Chief Air Pilot and Extra Equerry, then Captain of the King's Flight/Queen's Flight.
