BULLER
(Sir Redvers, 1839-1908, Commander-in-chief in South Africa)
Autograph Letter Signed to Mr Cocks
saying he has had a good many letters about Sir F. Milman all strongly recommending him and I have no doubt that he is a very good man. I do not though think that I have the slightest chance of being able to employ him... any appointment I might make, though I do not at present see reasons to suppose that I should make any, would be temporary only and I imagine that that is the last thing Sir F. Milman wishes..., 2 sides 8vo., Private Secretary's Lodge mourning paper, Dublin, 27th August
