COQUELIN

Coquelin cadet graduated from the Conservatoire with the first prize in comedy in 1867 and made his début at the Odéon. The next year he appeared with his brother, Coquelin ainé, at the Comédie Française and became a sociétaire in 1879. He also had much success reciting monologues of his own composition.
