Background
Bernard Godfrey ARGENT (1937-2006) was an English photographer notable for his black and white portraits of royalty, politicians, aristocrats and celebrities. Provenance: Gifted to the vendor's father, the medical adviser to President Kenyatta, who cared for the Royal Family during their Royal visit to Kenya in the 1970s.
