(Henry Stacy, 1829-1898, Artist, R.A.)
Fine Letter Signed to Morland AGNEW
(1855-1931, Art Dealer and Philanthropist) telling him that he has been a close prisoner and unable to get down to Bond Stree. I write to ask if you will be good enough to look in here on your way to business any morning this week, save tomorrow... when the photographer is coming, and see my pictture. I don't expect you to 'do business' of course but should like to have your opinion of it and to ask your advice about one or two matters. I hope you... are well this trying weather. I hope it is not so bad at Torquay and that you have good accounts from there... with a postscript that he dined with Millais yesterday - he has sold his two landscapes..., 3 side3 8vo., 17 Hamilton Terrace, N.W., 19th March
