TranscriptionVittorio Emanuele IIIPer grazia di dio e per volontà delle nazione, Re d'ItaliaVisto il decreto luogotenenziale 3 gennaio 1918 n° 2 relativo alla costituzione dei tribunali militari territoriali, modificato con Regio decreto 14 novembre 1920 n° 1882 ; Visto il Regio decreto 19 ottobre 1923 n° 2316, concernenti modificazioni all'ordinamente giustizia militare ; Sulla proposta del Capo del Governo, Primo Ministro di Stato e Ministro Segretario di Stato per la Guerra, Abbiamo decretato e decretiamo : Articolo unico Il capitano del genio (T) in servizio permanente effettivo Pelissero Arturo è nominato dal 1° giugno 1928 giudice effettivo presso il tribunale militare del Corpo d'Armata di Alessandria. Il predetto Nostro Ministro è incaricato dell'esecuzione del present decreto che sarà registrato alla Corte dei conti. Dato a Roma all'7 giugno 1928 anno VI. Vittorio Emanuele.
