Background
Fratelli D'Alessandri, were two Italian photographers, active in the 1870s-1880s, were contemporaries of the Alinari, who were active mainly in Rome. Known for the wet collodion technique, they worked mainly with clients belonging to the Roman nobility and high prelates of the Vatican.
