COOPER
(Lettice Ulpha, 1897-1994, Writer)
Long Autograph Letter Signed to Josephine PULLEIN-THOMPSON
(1924-2014, Writer best known for her Pony Books) thanking her for a bag it was very kind of you both to spare me the pretty piece of blue stuff and to spare the time to make it... talking about Christmas and a little boy who was in a rather exalted mood altogether, having kicked a football through the dining room... sent by his mother to house arrest in his room, then she forgot all about him, so that he was able after a fairly short interval to sneak downstairs and mingle with the crowd. Packed ice underfoot here. Shan't be able to go out walking at all, but the place ahs been most beautiful... I'm glad you are liking Andrew Wilson - I think he'll be good & amusing..., 3 sides 8vo., 4 Cherry Quayside, Aneka Street, Coltiskall, 27th December
