At the left is part of a note in a clerk's hand, [There is noe alter]ac[i]on of the demandes [of this quarters Bill] from the Bills of former [quarters]. All the signers were members of the Privy Council. Written during the short period when Osborne was known as Viscount Latimer and before his impeachment.
