Background
From a collection of letters and drawings done for Mrs Elizabeth Jones, 'Jonnie', (d. 13th May 1881), the much loved nanny to the Princess of Wales's children. One of the drawings, slightly larger, is very good of a cottage with a chimney stack at the end, a figure at the open top half of the door, the side wall covered with creepers. Princess Louise was not quite 10 at the time.
