to the Women's Memorial to Queen Victoria, by adding to the £70,000 which the Queen gave from the Women's Jubilee Offering in 1887 to set up Queen Victoria's [Jubilee Institute for] Nurses, later The Queen's Institute of District Nursing, specifically to help people of all ages in their own homes, so as to make a permanent endowment, made out to Mrs Fish, with a most attractive lithographed design showing the Queen wearing her Golden Jubilee Crown framed by shamrocks, thistles and roses, printed details of the fund on the verso (President, The Marchioness of Londonderry), 2 sides 6 x 4¾, 120 Victoria Street, S.W., no date but circa
