Background
R. Ingalton Drake printed and published at Eton, in particular for the College at least 1884-1900 (BL Catalogue). Earlier Eton imprints are T. Ingalton (1817), T. Ingalton & Son, Williams & Ingalton, Ingalton & Drake. The NPG lists R. Ingalton Drake as 'active 1869-1893' and has 1 portrait by him. He was probably a near relation of William Ingalton (1794-1866), artist, later builder and architect, who lived most of his life at Eton
